    Pearl is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who has experience supporting children with special needs and typically developing children demonstrating challenge behaviours. She holds a M.ED from University of Massachusetts/Boston and a double Masters degree in Applied Psychology from Southwest University in China. Her clinical experience with children encompasses a variety of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, and Seizure Disorder. Her experience includes Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Preference Assessment, and developing and implementing Individualized Behavior Programs (IBPs). I also have training and experience in VB-MAPP, ABLLS and FISH assessments.     Fabienne Theler graduated in 2011 in Switzerland, where she worked as a physiotherapist with adults and children. During this time, she specialized in adult lower limb amputees. In 2014 she received the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in manual therapy. In 2017, she obtained her Masters (MSc) in advanced neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapy at King`s College in London. Fabienne subsequently worked in a private company in London, specialized in persistent low back pain as well as evidence based practice of comm on neuro-musculoskeletal conditions.     Dr. Roy Chan obtained his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. Dr. Roy adopts a psychodynamic orientation towards individual and group therapy. His interests lie in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression and anxiety in individual settings. In Hong Kong, Dr. Roy has worked with multidisciplinary teams in a private children’s centre conducting full battery psychological assessments.
